Tandapi-/Ecuador

El poder brutal ("Brutal Power"), also known as La cara del diablo

("The Face of the Devil"),is a colossal sculpture located in Ecuador

It is carved into the living rock of a mountainon the Alóag–

Santo Domingo road, about 5 kilometers from the town of Tandapi ;

for this reason it is sometimes known as El diablo de Tandapi

("The devilof Tandapi").It is especially famous for its size and because

it is located on the most traveled route between Quito and Guayaquil.
